peaks and valleys
It's not until you truly hit rock bottom that you realize how good feeling average felt. However, it's not until you soar to new heights that you realize how far from average you really are. Success and failure all seem too relative at this point. It's all the "middle of the road" stuff that can really get you down.

perfect words for what today feels like.
you're the best, mark.
I'm digging your new material. Very chill. Although I really enjoyed when you rocked out fronting Spitalfield.
Keep doin what your doin.
This is a metaphor for getting vienna beef hot dogs at home but having bad buns. Then having bad hot dogs in a crappy steamed bun, then finally, getting a 20 dollar gift card (and a line pass) to Doug's on a friday
big boy, i LOVE your comment haha. and i agree. oh and mark, i always feel like someone's watching me too. true story. talk to you soon hopefully.

Im going to be honest cause I think your very talented with lots of potential, this jazzy pop stuff is not working, you need rock, the loud then quiet, beautiful and powerful, and heavy guitar rifs. Im not saying this cause Im one tracked musically, I just think the heavyier rock fits you best.
in response to the post above-- are you out of your mind? this is some of the strongest material I've heard Mark do to date.
don't be close minded. it doesn't have to be spitalfield part II to be good-- and this stuff is great.
Im the one who commented two up, Im defiantly not closed minded at all, I like all kinds of stuff, I just wasn't feeling how strong we are at all. sounds like hes going for john mayer's sound. anyways I just heard the new version of great lakes and it is really good. Mr rose is a very talented guy and will no doubt continue having a sucessful music career, but everyone needs honest reviews, honesty is not closed mindedness. Im sure he appreciates it himself.
big boy's post wins.
mark, if you're reading this: i LOVE the new music. =)
